I have a Masters degree in Peace and Development Studies,Bachelors in Science degree in Economics, Certificate in Accounting and Finance, General Certificate in education Ordinary level and currently pursuing a MBA in Project Management. I have Worked as Customer Service and Back Sales Administrator,Corporate Administrative Supervisor, Research Officer and presently a Grievance Redress Mechanism Officer. All my years of work and experience are with client and beneficiaries and left with no choice but to be "client and beneficiary oriented". I worked for National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA) under the Sierra Leone Community Driven Project (SLCDD II). I am responsible for grievance handling and resolution in all our project growth pole region in four district( Kenema, Port Loko, Tonkolili and Moyamba) and seven chiefdoms (BKM,Dibia, Kunike Sanda, Kholifa Mabang, Sembehun, Bradford and Lower Bambara). I am looking forward to more Client and beneficiary engagements to ensure satisfaction and quality delivery.
