The National Legal Advocacy Network (NLAN) is a legal non-profit organization dedicated to using legal strategies as a tool to build power for marginalized workers and create systemic change through deep partnerships with worker centers and other base-building organizations.
NLAN seeks to support the movement for economic, racial and gender justice by building the base of experienced and principled movement lawyers throughout the country; partnering with worker centers to implement hybrid legal and organizing strategies that build worker power; leading and coordinating strategic litigation; and providing legal analysis on legislative policies.
