Network of Advocacy for Youth Empowerment is a Feminist organization formed on the 22ndMarch 2015. NAYE aimed at unifying various interest towards working for the educational realization, minimization of child abuses issues, Sexual and Gender Base Violence (SGBV) against women and girls, promote women and girls’ rights and equity. Advancing advocacy on domestic resource mobilization on the fight against Malaria and other Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), promoting ‘’Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR)’’, amplifying children, adolescent girls, young women and youth voices and provides livelihood support, Skills to young women, adolescent girls and youth for a sustainable development and nations building.
NAYE is registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare Gender and Children’s Affairs, Kambia District- registration number REG./NO./022, and Kambia District Council- registration number KDC./CBO./REG/A52.

Network of advocacy for youth empowerment belong to many coalitions and networks that work within our thematic areas of operation in Sierra Leone. This all gears around our commitment towards partnership, as one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goal, strengthen our trust worthiness to our partners as functional, reliable, visible and credible organization in the country. NAYE is nationally part and Kambia District Chapter Coordinator organization for the Sierra Leone Adolescent Girls Network. NAYE is also part of the Girls Education Movement (GEM), Coalition for Girls Education, Not In My Name Network, The Human Right Commission as the Public Relation Organization for Kambia District, Community of Practice (COP) and the Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) Coalition IN Sierra Leone etc.

• Coordinate all organizational maters with nine (10) staff and six (6) volunteers with in 2 offices (Kambia and Port Loko District respectively)
• Lobby to donors for funding
• Communicate with donor partners on mater to the project funded
• Monitor all organizational activities
• Attend regular partners, Ministry Agencies, and Network Meetings representing the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating UN, INGO, NGO, and CBO organizations working on adolescent girls related issues in the District.
• Represent and presenting issues and information reported by the 26 member organizations in the chapter to the national body.
• Serving as one of the steering committee at national level representing 185 UN, INGOs, NGO and CBO organization working on adolescent girls related issues and serving as Training of Trainees for District network members as a roll out for any national training events.
• Collate and combine all reports from the 26 member organization on their interventions in addressing adolescent girls’ related issues in the district and report to the national coordinating body.
