The Network of Human Rights Journalists-The Gambia, is a human rights journalist organization set-up by journalist reporting on human rights abuse’s in The Gambia, the sub-region. NHRJ was established in 2007, and registered official at the Ministry of Justice in Banjul in 2008.The Network has over 150 members from the print, online,electronic media in the Gambia.NHRJ work closely with the African Commission on Human and People’s Rights office in Banjul.
