VALUES AND PRINCIPLES
Article 1: The characteristics and functioning of CSOs refer to values ​​and
principles which must be scrupulously preserved and respected by all its members.
Article 2: A responsible, credible and united NDSCI organization respects the
following values ​​and principles:
o Independence, Integrity and Transparency;
o Absolute political neutrality in all places and in all circumstances;
o Promotion and Equal rights;
o Democracy and good governance;
o The rejection of all forms of countervalues;
o Non-violence;
o Distributive justice and the rule of law;
o Encourage the Congolese people to positively change their mentalities in order to
his well-being and a bright future for his Nation by making him a citizen
responsible taking charge of the future and destiny of his country;
o Create and share knowledge and engage in mutual learning;o Promote gender equality and equity by promoting the rights of women and
youth and activating for the rights of people living with disabilities and
senior citizens.

OBJECTIVES OF THE NDSCI
The main objectives of NDSCI are:
– Channel all the aspirations of the Congolese people to the rulers of all
trend,
– bring the Congolese people to positively change their mentalities in order to
his well-being and a bright future for his Nation by making him a citizen
responsible taking charge of the future and destiny of his country.
Article 4: the NDSCI has the following specific objectives:
– Defend and promote human rights;
– Advocate for the establishment and consolidation of democracy and the rule of law;
– Advocate for distributive justice and good governance;
– Advocate for the rational, equitable and nationalized management and distribution of resources and
wealth of the country;
– Foster the full development of youth through their active participation in – Campaign for the recognition and effectiveness of economic, social and
cultural (DESC).
