Nyaka educates, empowers, and transforms vulnerable and impoverished communities in Uganda, ensuring that everyone has the chance to learn, grow, and thrive.

Nyaka has three main programs:

The Education Program provides education to over 900 orphaned and vulnerable children in Southwest Uganda through three schools and scholarships.

The Grandmother Program empowers over 7,300 women who are raising their orphaned grandchildren in extreme poverty using supports and training.

The EDJA Program supports and empowers survivors of sexual and domestic violence through legal advocacy, counseling, and medical support. It also works to prevent violence through community education and activism.
