National Plan of Action to operationalize the World Summit Declaration and Plan of Action developed pillars of Survival, Development, Protection and Participation as a basis of interventions on issues affecting children. We developed our programs to resonate with the pillars.Our programs are:
- Safe Houses and Home based care
- Child trafficking and Child labour
- Child rights, education & skills development;
- Advocacy, Research and Community outreach
- Health Program (Adolescents sexual &Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, OVC care)
- Sexual & Gender Based Violence
- Rapid response and rescue of children in distress
- Girl Child empowerment, Family counselling and Rehabilitation
The organization is headed by Board of Directors whose membership comprises of Professionals (are also founders) of high integrity and whose profession matches with the organization`s objects i.e. experts on Children’s Rights, development, democracy and governance, social change and transformation, gender, Law, Health.
The Board is responsible for the strategic oversight of the organization`s affairs. Daily affairs is managed by the Executive Director and other officers under her.She is the secretary
