Outreach Social Care Project is genuinely concerned and committed to ensuring that our disadvantaged and underprivileged communities have sustainable and healthy livelihoods while recognizing the importance of environmental and conservation and the role it plays in our lives.

Together with partners, Outreach Social Care Project worked to ensure that the needs of the most marginalized are brought to the forefront of policy and are recipients of the resources and programs being mobilized under the Global Goals for Sustainable Development and 2030 Agenda, which offers an historic opportunity to eradicate extreme poverty and ensure no one is left behind.

Patrick Newton Bondo is the founder and chief executive officer for the Outreach Social Care Project (OSCAR) which is a grass-root non-profit organization, that supports disadvantaged children, girls, youth, women, adults and young families in Pietermaritzburg, the capital of the KwaZulu-Natal province in eastern South Africa since 2008 and in Katanga Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo since 2010, however Patrick Newton Bondo is based on Ottawa, Canada and travel often to visit the work on the ground and give support to staffs, volunteers and community at large.

Patrick Newton Bondo is tackling Democratic Republic of Congo and South Africa’s overwhelming development challenges of underprivileged people in Africa. Patrick Newton Bondo helps children, girls, youth, women and adults say: “Yes, We Can”, when all else seems impossible. Patrick Newton Bondo empowers them to unlock their potential to achieve their greatest dreams.

Patrick Newton Bondo has improved collaboration, coordination and networking among community based organizations and between civil society and government through the development, policy, training, education, services which are link to Indigenous youth, girls and women or strengthening of activities, tools, systems, networks, organizations, etc.

Patrick Newton Bondo has worked with close in partnership with United Nations agencies, government departments, private sectors and non-governmental organization for accountability and sustainability. Combined impact of these activities Patrick Newton Bondo has helped inform governments and communities about the solutions needed to tackle extreme poverty and exclusion, as well as facilitated cross-sector partnerships to promote rights and identity opportunities for the children, youth, girls and women in Africa and Canada.
