PDLA is a non–governmental organization (NGO) located in Petauke, Eastern province, Zambia. The organization was established in 2007. PDLA builds alliances at community, national and international level to improve ownership of land and livelihoods of the marginalised members of the community in rural areas.


Andrew Kamanga

Am 66 years old animal production specialist. I am now a paralegal officer for petauke district land alliance.The organisation's core business is to assist communities secure ownership of land and sustainable livelihood.I therefore provide legal advice on matters of human rights,inheritance,labour/contracts issues.
