Phakama-Sukuma Community Development Trust operating in marginalised rural areas of Matabeleland North Zimbabwe is a registered nonprofit organization established in 2018.The organisation was founded by Mr Constance Sibonginkosi Dube -Ndebele and Elvis Ndebele. The founding of the organization was inspired by the abject poverty , high levels of illiteracy and high rates of human abuses thereby resultant. The Mission of the organization is to promote sustainable development through education. Our vision is to have highly self- sufficient , healthy and peaceful Communities . Our Values include , innovative, going the extra mile , all inclusive , honest, reliable , caring and team playing.We work with 35 Community based volunteers and employees.

Change is brought about through a mobile library , village based mini schools, health , human rights and social libraries in villages, online platforms. Advocacy on education and human rights issues is also carried out through pamphlets and awareness campaigns The organisation has a reach of , 2060 homesteads , 12000 villagers , children and youths.
