Rachana Satrei (RS) is a local non-government organization established in 2004 by Ms. Nhean Phuong Maly and a group of voluntary staffs.  The organization is officially registered with Ministry of Interior and issue on September 21, 2005 with the letter number 949. Since the establishment in 2005, RS have used their own budget and resources to start up and support to the organization operation.

In 2006, the organization was elected by 42 International and Local NGO to be the chair of NGO Advocay Network in Siem Reap supported by STAR Cambodia for the phase 2006-2011.In 2008 RS won a bidding to implement the project Natural Resources Management and Livelihood in 18 villages of Banteay Srey and Angkor Chum district.

From 2010 to 2014, the organization received funding support from MVP and UNDP to implement WATSAN and Forest Conservation Project to implement in 54 villages of Sotr Nikum, Banteay Srey, and Siem Reap municipal, with cooperation from government relevant agencies.

Vision: Rachna Satrei dream Cambodia women have capacity, self-confidence on decision making management and leadership for development in the communities and society.

Mission: To women economic empower, children in education, and disabled and youth joint social development to promote democracy in Cambodia.

To Strengthening cooperate to achieve on Sustainable Development Goal # 5,2,16.
