Ripples International is a non-profit, Religious Trust civil society Organization that is committed to serving children through community focused initiatives in partnership with stakeholders as inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Ripples International is a child focused organization that runs various programs in service for orphans and vulnerable children as follows:

  • Tumaini Centre- A temporal rescue centre for girls between 3-17 years who have faced or at constant risk of sexual abuse, forced child marriages, female genital mutilation, child labor, child trafficking and severe physical abuse.
  • New start centre- A temporal rescue centre for children from 0-3 years old who are completely abandoned/neglected/orphaned. These children are thereafter discharged from the centre to other charitable institutions or through networking with adoption agencies they are discharged for adoption and those with family members are discharged back to their families.
  • Ripples International Christian school- A school that serves the children from Tumaini and New start centre and children from the surrounding community.
  • Ripples International Dispensary/ Boresha Health- A health facility that offers quality medical care and vaccination services both to children from Tumaini, new start centre and the community.
  • Ripples International Community Services- Also known as Imarisha program that empowers women and children in the poverty stricken areas through the development and coordination of self generating revenue activities, school feeding programs and empowerment workshop.
  • Ripples International Access to Justice- A program that helps the community understand and apply family law and inheritance.
