ROSANA EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (REF) is a non-governmental, non-religious, non-political and non-profit making organization established in 2018 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2022.

ROSANA EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (REF) is charged with building a society with equal rights and opportunities, where advancement in social and economic wellbeing of women and children and other less privileged is guaranteed through the promotion of sustainable compulsory education, quality health assurance, economic empowerment, secure environment through peace building, mentorship and skills acquisition.

REF strives to promote equal opportunities for integration in mainstream society by bringing out talents to maximize utilization of skills and abilities for attitudinal change.

The Organization’s approach is to inspire health and wholeness, embark on community development, advocate for good governance, encourage grassroot and sustainable education, tackle the difference in gender equality and support the empowerment of women, youth and vulnerable children through capacity building trainings, Sensitization, awareness as well as skills acquisition and entrepreneurial programmes.

ROSANA EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (REF) has carried out a lot of projects which include; training of women in home gardening, liquid soap making, provision of support for OVCs, awareness on the importance of girl child, etc.
