Sally is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She specializes in human rights with experience in refugee rights, land and housing, equality and non-discrimination, and customary law. Sally currently heads up the Advocacy Programme at Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town. The Programme operates a paralegal clinic, as well as engaging in strategic litigation, high level advocacy, and communications advocacy. Scalabrini has been a key litigant in the refugee rights sector in South Africa. Sally also works as an independent consultant on environmental and human rights defender matters.
