StreetLawPH works for humane drug policies and provides access to justice services for people who use drugs in the Philippines.

Established in July 2017, StreetLawPH aims to provide access to justice for people who use drugs in the Philippines. We conduct paralegal and legal literacy trainings for community members, people who use drugs, and local government officials. We facilitate discussions and engage policy makers to advocate for a human rights- based and harm reduction approach to drug use.

I am a lawyer working for the rights of People Who Use Drugs, PLHIVs, and LGBTIQs. I am a consultant in the Senate of the Philippines and worked for the enactment of the new HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018, a human rights-centered, evidence-based legislation in the Philippines which shifted the policy and the response to cater to key affected population and opened spaces for Harm Reduction in the country. I am one of the founding members of StreetLawPH, an organization of lawyers which provides access to justice services for People Who Use Drugs in the Philippines.
