Established as a non-profit centre by decision no. 392 of the Tirana District Court, dated 20th April 2007.

Studio D offers a capable, flexible array of services to assist our partners in achieving their objectives. We provide scholarly and technical expertise, guidance and access to resources based on international patterns and best practice to develop and implement realistic, local solutions. We have undertaken numerous projects in partnership with other Albanian and European, international organizations with financial support from multilateral agencies such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), UNEP Finance Initiative, European Commission, and institutions such as Japan External Trade Organisation, Municipality of Tirana, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, National Institute of Public Administration, La Institutul National al Magistraturii in Romania, Kosovo Institute of Public Administration etc. Our programmes have focused on a broad range of subjects including institutional and regional development; government reform; strategic, financial and human resource planning; results based management planning, implementation and monitoring; process improvements; policy and preparation of policy decision- making documents; and advice and support related to EU accession process and acquis approximation, legislation review etc.
