Masalu Luhula

Masalu Luhula is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts working with the Tanzania natural Resource Forum (TNRF) an NGO based in Arusha Tanzania that work on enhancing community based natural resource Management. For more than three years now, I have been training and doing researches on the land rights and environment and investment. I hope this forum will be helpful to enrich my skills and learn experiences from other jurisdiction on the natural resource sector.

I am the head of monitoring and evaluation unit of the Tanganyika Law Society - a professional association of lawyers in Tanzania. I have background in research and public policy.
