Teens Link Uganda is a national not-for-profit agency for like-minded young key populations (PWID, SW, TG, AGYW & Urban refugees) in Uganda established in 2015 to promote a coordinated response and efforts to transform adolescents & young key populations into leaders that can stand up for themselves and their communities to advocate and lead change that bring about innovations to inform ways to support and strengthen young KP focused interventions in SRH, HIV and harm reduction programming and policy development in Uganda

Teens Link envisions a society where all adolescents & young key populations are healthy, productive and supported to realize their potential.

Syrus Ajuna is a Public Health Specialist and the team leader at Teens Link Uganda the national advocacy platform for young key populations in Uganda. He is a dedicated human rights, public health and key populations community Activist with strong interest in advocating for positive social change and building key population communities to take charge in the response to issues that affect them.
He has always been passionate about influencing change in policies and practices in the interest of key populations’ and has dedicated all his professional life working to end AIDS, social marginalization and pushing for adoption and implementation of harm reduction interventions to reduce harms associated with the use of drugs.
He holds a Masters’ in Management Studies, BA Degree in Information Sciences (BSIT) & Certificates in Project Planning & Mgt, Social Work, Human Rights, Data Security, HIV, Harm Reduction and Budget advocacy. With over eight (8) years’ experience in key populations’ program development and implementation, performance management, resource mobilization, community empowerment, partnerships building and championing advocacy campaigns around; SRHR, HIV/AIDS, Harm Reduction policies & drug law reforms.
Syrus Ajuna is the network champion (main point of contact) for Teens Link Uganda.
