Set up and Registered with the Labour Department Government of Bihar in the year 2003 for providing consultancy services and Legal help to the poors, illiterates, downtrodden and destitutes deprived of any facilities, to make them aware and fight for their Legal Rights together with making them independent Economically making them Self Dependent through Self Employment.

Services are also provided to the students desirous of higher education and better job opportunities in India & abroad.

The center is located in Patna, the Capital of Bihar, India.
