A human rights specialist by both training and practice, i have over 12 years in human rights work especially working with the most vulnerable in society including orphaned children, widows and the poor. I have special interest in human rights education and legal empowerment of community based people as an empowerment approach to cascade to everyone in society to be able to use the law to protect themselves from abuse and exploitation.

I am interested in the network to learn from colleagues across the world from their experiences in different human rights areas, but also bring my experience from the developing world (Uganda) and post-conflict situation.
Thomas Kamusiime is the network champion (main point of contact) for TPO Uganda.
