More than 200 country offices carry out UNICEF’s mission through a program developed with host governments. Seven regional offices provide technical assistance to country offices as needed.

- My name is Tran Minh Hai, Ph.D of social work in the Philippine Women’s University, director of the Tuong Lai Centre for Health Education and Community Development (Tuong Lai Centre). I have nearly 20 years of experience in managing and operating development projects for people in Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta's provinces.
