Sakin Tanvir is a current 3rd year student of the Department of Criminology, University of Dhaka. He is working as Senior Editor of "Law and Politics Review, Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU)" and also affiliated with "Dhaka University Research Society (DURS)" in research works. He has the experience in working for students with disabilities of his campus as he was an executive member of Physically Challenged Development Foundation (PDF) of University of Dhaka. As his aim is to become an academician, he has shown his keen interest in research works and writing on various social topics. Moreover, he did involve some focused group discussions with "Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS)" and "Dhaka University Research Society (DURS)" on their research works. Even he participated in lots of seminars, workshops and conferences on preventing violent extremism, prevention of rape, rape law in Evidence Act, Rohingya crisis, police managements and many others.
Even in all such activities, he wants to dedicate his life in academia as well as social and criminal justice reformation so that people can get their justice easily and swiftly.
