WADI CONSULTANTS AND TRAINERS is a consultancy firm working with individuals, groups, non-governmental organizations and corporate clients in building capacity for effective programme planning and implementation. We thrive to ensure that the set strategic objectives are met and present efficient programmatic results.

Anchored on Gender and Development practices, WADI bridges the skills and knowledge gap through its training and consultancy engagements by conducting face to face sessions with individual and corporate clients on how to incorporate gender and development strategies in policies, programs and activities with the objective of ensuring sustainable growth at all levels.

WADI delights in a productive workforce. To this effect, we conduct bespoke trainings in soft and technical skills for enhanced workplace productivity.

One of our unique strategies is to connect with rural and peri-urban communities by bringing professional training opportunities closer to them as is the case with their urban counterparts.
