I am a human rights lawyer based in Nigeria and working on protecting women and girls from Gender Based Violence. I am the Director of Women Safe House Sustenance Initiative, an organisation that protects the rights of women in marginalised areas and from violence.I work to educate women on their basic rights, gender equality, provisions of the law as relates to women as well as following up on the enforcement and implementation of women rights laws. I run shelters for women where i provide financial support, free legal services, feeding, clothing and accomodation for all female victims of violence across Nigeria.

Wuraoluwa Ayodele is a Lawyer, Development Specialist and Women Rights Advocate with a special focus on gender
equality and gender justice. She works to specifically protect and rehabilitate women and girls
facing all forms of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Nigeria. She is the founder of Women Safe House
Sustenance Initiative and Safe House Legal, a non-profit organization and legal clinic, where she
provides free shelter, healthcare and legal services to female victims of all forms gender-based violence
across Nigeria.
She is the Social Secretary of the International Federation of Women Lawyers(FIDA), Oyo State and
Head of Chambers at Hackman & Co. Solicitors, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Wuraoluwa is a Mandela Washington Fellow, a Margaret Ekpo fellow, a mentee of Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and
is driven by her passion for ensuring the elimination of Gender Based
Violence against women and girls, working specifically to bring Interventions to female survivors of violence in Nigeria.
