Work Point Service (WPS) was created in 2018 to address the issue of balancing the rights of workers with the aims of businesses to be profitable and competitive in Nigeria.Our mission is to ensure employers and employees are adequately informed and equipped concerning workplace matters particularly on human rights and health and safety issues.

The organisation is a Nigerian based online information portal and provides services to both employers and employees through its online portal (https://workpointservice.com/).

Chioma N. Duru is a legal counsel with working and living experience across Africa. She is currently the founder of Work Point Service (WPS), which she founded in 2018.

She holds an LLM in Labour Law and Corporate Governance and a certificate on the African Human Rights System from the University of Bristol and an LLB in Law from the University of Essex. She is also a Barrister and Solicitor called to the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Chioma hopes that joining this network would be a perfect opportunity to exchange ideas with others on the developing framework of labour and human rights law and work health and safety policies. She also wishes to gain insight on methods that could facilitate industrial relations.
