Ramë Hajraj was born on 19 February 1994 in the Municipality of Istog / Istok. Primary and secondary school graduated at home. University studies enrolled at the Business Faculty of "Haxhi Zeka" University in Peja, where he graduated from the Department of Accounting and Finance in Business in 2016. Master studies are continuing at the Business Faculty of Haxhi Zeka University in Peja, at the Business Administration Department. Ramë Hajraj is a publisher of eight scientific articles published at the International and National Conference, and is also licensed as a trainer for basic and advanced training at the national and international level.
Has participated in many trainings in and out of the country, is an analyst of economic issues in various research reports and consultant in drafting strategies for public and private enterprises in the Republic of Kosovo.
