Asaad Ahmad, S.H., is a legal aid servant at LBH Bandung. Spend childhood until teenager in Tangerang. Since his lecture at the Faculty of Law Padjadjaran University until graduating in 2014 he spent a lot of time in the city of Bandung. Before he decided to focus his lectures at FH Unpad, he was enrolled as a student of Information Technology Faculty of Information Engineering at Budi Luhur University, Jakarta. Although he decided to focus on the Law Faculty, his love for the world of informatics did not fade, so when he attended college he concentrated in the majors of Information and Communication Technology Law. His introduction to LBH started when he attended paralegal training held by LBH Jakarta in 2012, followed by kalabahu at LBH Bandung in 2013. He was appointed as a volunteer for R & D division in 2014 and in 2015 he was appointed as R & D staff. Since 2016 he was transferred to the advocacy division, and incorporated into Team 1 (Sipol) to date.

A commitment can make a person dare to believe and be faithful even though what he wants is not necessarily achieved. While in the organization, a committed person is a person who has similar goals with the organization, so indirectly will arise attachment. By upholding a high commitment, one's productivity is unquestionable, since commitment can encourage one to earnestly carry out every task. And one fo
