Our Vision is to Teso free of avoidable SCD, Haemophilia and allied bleeding disorders  with a Mission to improve the quality of lives of People from Teso  reducing the suffering, disease and death caused  SCD, Haemophilia and Allied bleeding disorders and other health issues with focus on access to quality, sustainable and equitable services whose goal is to reduce the burden (morbidity, disability and premature mortality) related to SCD, Haemophilia and allied bleeding disorders , NCD’s and communicable diseases. YWOU is an innovative charitable CBO founded and led Youth Volunteers in Serere district with initiatives that address Healthy and Wellbeing, and aspects of Quality Education, Agriculture, Climate Change and, WASH, Poverty, Women development. YWOU was established to provide support to the weakest social groups such as Youth, AGYW, children, women, girls, Sex Workers, OVC’s, PHA’s and MARPS.YWOU collaborates and networks with district Community Based Development office, with local communities, families and other stakeholders in rural areas to provide holistic community health services to the communities in need especially for people who are living with HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, Ebola, TB and Malaria and other diseases such as mental health conditions, cancers, SCD, Haemophilia and allied bleeding disorders, heart and respiratory diseases, people living under abject poverty, awareness raising campaigns, Patient support; counseling during outreaches alongside screening and health education, lobbying and advocacy with objectives of creating increased understanding and awareness about  Hemophilia and allied bleeding disorders to improve the quality of lives of Ugandans  reducing the suffering, disease and death caused  Hemophilia and allied bleeding disorders with focus on access to quality, sustainable and equitable services that will to reduce the burden (morbidity, disability and premature mortality) related to SCD, Haemophilia and allied bleeding disorders
