Youtharise Enterprises ( YE ) was established as a social enterprise to bring a new and vibrant approach ; innovative solutions and synergetic relationship among stakeholders that would give way to independence and responsibility in addressing social economic, health and indeed political and legal issues that impede development in individuals and the society. Based on social entrepreneurship, YE is designed to encourage individuals to pull resources together within their means in order to be able to address issues ranging from gender based violence; HIV related discrimination and stigma; policy measures that may put vulnerable populations in danger of getting into abject poverty and other social vices.HIV AIDS related issues are on the increase in most communities especially in the rural areas where defilement, rape and early marriage ( forced marriages ) cases go unreported and the culprits continue to perpetuate such atrocious crimes in the society. This gap between enforcing law and order and sensitizing the masses on issues related to AIDSLAW : GBV and social economic disadvantaging schemes designed to keep girls and women in fear of reporting such cases has nessecitated a robust movement to train Paralegals in the community as change agents to counter this negative development
