Impending legislation changes in India are set to significantly impact coastal communities. In response, the CPR-Namati Environment Justice Program has launched the “Coastal Regulation” blog series.
The series will explore the proposed changes, the potential community impacts, and provide background on the current Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2011 to provide insight on what steps need be taken to ensure environmental justice for all.
