UNDP Reports on Land, Environmental Justice & Legal Empowerment

The UN Development Programme has published and supported three studies that elaborate on the linkages between justice, legal empowerment and sustainable development.

Environmental Justice – Comparative Experiences in Legal Empowerment outlines the key challenges and innovations arising around the world as communities pursue an agenda of justice based on the inclusive and sustainable use of natural resources and the environment.
