Kalpana Yadav

Kalpana is the Global Programs Fellow at Namati, as a recipient of the 2019-20 Masiyiwa-Bernstein Fellowship from the New York University School of Law. She earned her primary law degree in India at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and obtained her Masters in Law from NYU as the Martin and Eva Domke Scholar. She was also the recipient of the Dean’s Graduate Award, and focused on human rights and constitutional law during her year at NYU Law. She carries years of experience working on human rights, public interest and access to justice issues with civil society organizations and policy think tanks in India. Her work has focused on disability rights, right to housing, access to education and women and children’s rights.
