Access to Justice in Cambodia

This report presents the main findings of the assessment of a Democratic Governance Thematic Trust Fund (DGTTF) project on Access to Justice in Cambodia, published as part of the DGTTF Lessons Learned Series. The project supported by the DGTTF targeted informal justice systems, specifically Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, to bring justice to the people. Failure to take stakeholders’ interests and constraints into account translated into unrealistic project design, which accounted for the limited results achieved on national level.
