Aspects of Customary Land Practices of Ethnic and Indigenous Communities that should be Considered in Land Management Systems

This brief is a result of the effort of 12 paralegals and 23 justice seekers. A survey of 350 people living in Bago, Magwe, Sagaing, and Rakhine states was conducted within one month. These lessons have been collected and identified for the future federal government from the people who have perpetually engaged in land issues and the experiences of the people who have suffered from land issues.
