Access to Justice in Latin America – Executive Summary

Executive summary of the report “Access to Justice in Latin America”, that presents the results of a survey regarding the situation of access to justice in Latin America in the context of the pandemic, from the perspective of civil society organizations and a variety of actors that interact with the justice system, such as universities, lawyers, community paralegals, study centres, among other.

The working group includes: ACIJ (Argentina), Dejusticia (Colombia), FIMA (Chile), LABA (Brazil), CEJA-OEA, DPLF (regional) and the Legal Empowerment Network (global).
