Justice Needs in Yemen: From Problems to Fairness

In 2014, HiiL has conducted a Justice Needs and Satisfaction survey (JNS) in Yemen. This report is a tool that can be used to realize the justice needs and satisfaction by setting out what justice needs the citizens of Yemen have, what paths they follow to meet them, and how satisfied they are with the outcomes they get. It also provides a benchmark on the current status of many aspects of justice and governance and delivers an insight into specific areas where efforts can be directed to improve justice delivery.
