Legal assistance to poor foreigners accused in criminal cases in the national prisons of Yemen

This resource was a scientific paper focusing on legal assistance to poor foreigners in Yemeni prisons presented in the teachers law conference in Turkey’s city of Wuxi in Alandol University in the month of July 2015. It highlighted one of the models for a Thai prisoner.

Aden Higher Institute for the Rehabilitation of Decision-makers is a special non-profit working towards the training of graduates and students of the faculties of law and administrative sciences and economics in Aden, Yemen. Regarding the strenuous efforts in the circumstances experienced by Yemen, the organization’s activities focus on sustainability skills and defending rights and freedoms, aspiring to be participate in the experiences in the field of judicial assistance in the countries of the world.
