Legal Empowerment for Women and Disadvantaged Groups: Final Report

This report features three pilot projects in Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Pakistan and overview of the Asian Development Bank’s technical assistance for legal empowerment. In addition, methods for measuring the impact of legal empowerment programs is also addressed. A project evaluation report is included (starts on page 66).
