Manual básico de Litigio Internacional para la protección de los derechos laborales

This manual seeks to facilitate the use of international mechanisms to protect labor rights in Latin America. It explains that many Latin American countries that have signed international human rights agreements that still overlook labor rights violations, and most exploited workers remain unaware of the rights they possess. The manual explains the requirements and procedures for engaging with the Inter-American Commission and Court of Human Rights. It also explains the specific committees and conventions in the United Nations Human Rights System that are relevant to labor rights. Finally, it introduces the International Labor Organization and explains how to file a complaint with the Committee on Freedom of Association.
