Reference Manual for Community Based Focal Persons on Law and Policies That Address Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG)

The purpose of this manual is to provide a reference guide in building the capacity of CFPs (Community Focal Person) to fulfill their role. CFPs are at the forefront of sharing information to prevent the occurrence of GBV cases in their communities and also play an important role in identifying, referring and following up on GBV cases. To effectively play their role, CFPs need to be aware of their role and the guidelines that ensure that they play these roles well. This reference manual is not a stand- alone document, it builds on knowledge on GBV guiding laws and policies that the CFPs gained during training workshops.
