Women Access to Justice in the Middle East and North Africa Region: Current situation, advances, and challenges

This report was put together by Oxfam GB based on the findings of Women Access to Justice Phase I project in the Middle East and North Africa Region. The Women Access to Justice project (WAJ) was implemented for three years (2011-2014) in Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq. The project was implemented in partnership with ARDD-Legal Aid in Jordan, Justice Without Frontiers in Lebanon and ASUDA in Iraq. The report specifically focuses on the state of women access in justice in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and Yemen.
