Youth Access to Urban Land Advocacy Tool

This training manual was prepared by Youth Agrarian Society, with support from UNHABITAT Urban Youth Fund, as a guideline for youth advocates on access to urban land with secure tenure in the informal settlements in Harare Zimbabwe. The overall goal of the project is to facilitate the access to and ownership of urban land with secure tenure in Calidornia and Casarbanana.

This training manual is aimed at equipping youth in informal settlements with the knowledge and skills on urban land governance issues, so as to strengthen their capacities to lobby for the recognition of informal settlements through the servicing of land in the settlements.
