Tracking justice & empowerment in Post-2015 development goals

Dr. Faustina Pereira, Director of BRAC’s Human Rights and Legal Aid Services, argues that an inclusive post-2015 development framework should “reformulate the way performance indicators are devised for programs on access to justice, equality of opportunities and empowerment of communities.”  Strengthening the link between development language and rights language, requires a comprehensive set of process and outcome indicators that can account for “nuances of development in issues of justice, gender equality, and inclusion of diversities,” she writes.
