Kimmie Ross

Kimberly (Kimmie) Ross is a Manager of Resource Mobilization at Namati, where she leads oversight of our data and systems, grant proposal development, and our individual giving program. Prior to joining Namati, she served as a development associate at the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), where she supported efforts to raise $15M+ annually from individual and institutional donors. Prior to NTI, Kimmie worked as a Membership Specialist at MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., where she led initiatives to increase the transparency and efficiency of the U.S. mortgage industry. She has also held positions with Cairde Turas and Libraries Without Borders, where she supported programs fostering cross-community reconciliation and providing access to information in post-disaster and conflict contexts. Kimmie has a B.A. in International Studies and French and Francophone Studies from Vassar College and an MPhil in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin. In her free time, she can often be found beachcombing, rowing, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Michelle.
