I am a social scientist with more than 15 years’ experience of work in Policy Advocacy and Governance with a focus on health rights, gender, human rights and child rights and I have a passion for empowering communities. I am currently the health and right Program Manager at OSIEA where I oversee a number of portfolios. At OSIEA I lead a number of initiatives aimed supporting marginalized groups to challenge the numerous structural challenges including those emanating from repressive legal environment that undermine health outcomes of particularly the marginalized population. Part of the portfolio I oversee include harm reduction and drug policy work, governance for health which seeks to address the impact of governance challenges in health outcomes, palliative care, legal strategies to promote health rights amongst others.

My interest in joining this network is to learn and excahnge ideas with other practitioner around the work on their expereinces on using legal strategies.
