Alix Wadeson has a decade of experience working in long-term development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian programming, including in fragile and conflict affected states. She brings a track record of success working for large International NGOs in diverse roles covering both evaluation and learning as well as program design and management. She has experience working on a wide range of sector and thematic programming funded by various institutional donors. As a consultant, Ms Wadeson has worked extensively on conducting evaluations, assessments and research; program design and theory of change development; creating tools and training for monitoring, evaluation and accountability; and facilitating learning within complex organisations. Alix is bilingual in English and French and has basic working proficiency in Spanish. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Public Administration from the University of York in the UK.
