I am by names of Bruce Tushabe, a Ugandan by birth working with AIDS and Rights Alliance for Southern Africa-ARASA as a Regional Training and Capacity Strengthening Coordinator working in 18 countries in southern and Eastern Africa. my role involves supporting civil society organisations to strengthen and build their capacity on advocacy and training needs. I have a vast experience of over 15 years working in Asia and Africa in development work and public health and policy which I believe gives me an opportunity to learn and share experience.I would like to join the legal empowerment programme because I believe in it's aims and believe it will contribute on my career development and also empower me to support CSOs in the region better from an evidence and informed perspective. I believe in peer learning as well as horizontal cross sectional learning which the programme promotes.
