• Coordinate all organizational maters with nine (10) staff and six (6) volunteers with in 2 offices (Kambia and Port Loko District respectively)
• Lobby to donors for funding
• Communicate with donor partners on mater to the project funded
• Monitor all organizational activities
• Attend regular partners, Ministry Agencies, and Network Meetings representing the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating UN, INGO, NGO, and CBO organizations working on adolescent girls related issues in the District.
• Represent and presenting issues and information reported by the 26 member organizations in the chapter to the national body.
• Serving as one of the steering committee at national level representing 185 UN, INGOs, NGO and CBO organization working on adolescent girls related issues and serving as Training of Trainees for District network members as a roll out for any national training events.
• Collate and combine all reports from the 26 member organization on their interventions in addressing adolescent girls’ related issues in the district and report to the national coordinating body.
