I am uniquely experienced professional with a combined 20 years’ work experience in the field of education, non-profit, program management, communication, language translation, who is passionate and committed to creating literacy, capacity building and economic empowerment opportunities for the girl-child, women and youth through partnerships with local and international organizations.

During my tenure as the Program Director of Geneva Global, an American organization based in Cote d’Ivoire, I led a team of 10 staff to build capacities of over 25 local organizations involved in the fight against HIV and AIDS with a budget of over eight million dollars and exceeded all the KPIs. Due to our outstanding performance, we won two extensions for the project.

As a regional officer of the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent (IFRC), I successfully initiated training for relevant personnel and upgraded the reporting process for 24 national societies in West and Central Africa.

Last year, as part of our literacy program, we established an Early Childhood Education Centre in a rural community where access to pre-schools are non-existent. Similarly, we launched a Library project in one of the 33 prisons in Coted’Ivoire where we promote literacy opportunities.

In June 2015, I successfully led and mobilized funding for the first launch of a new food security initiative aimed at valorizing and promoting cassava, a top subsistent crop in Cote d’Ivoire and the West Africa sub-region.
