Batho Ba Lerato Advice Centre (BBLAC) is a community advice centre registered with the Department of Social Development as Non-profit organisation (NPO). BBLAC is a full-service community advice office in Thaba-Nchu in the Province of the Free State, South Africa. We provide a free comprehensive range of legal services and mental health support, including: General Civil Matters, Family Violence Matters, Protection of Children and their Rights, Divorce and Related Matters, Refugee and Migration, Labour Issues, Eviction, Land and Environment Matters, HIV/AIDS Drafting of Wills, Education and Advocacy on Access to Justice – Counselling and Mediation (civil & marriage)

BBLAC, through its services continues to close structural and inequality gaps by extending its assistance to the marginalised and vulnerable communities in Mangaung and Thabo Mofutsanyane Districts.
